FRIDAY

Location: Sandestin Hilton Hotel • 4000 Sandestin Blvd. South, Miramar Beach, FL

After 3 PM: Registration Begins on deck between pool and beach

4 - 7 PM :  Dinner on your own (or come early and make friends to take with you
(Lots of Restaurants at Baytown Wharf and Grand Boulevard on/near Sandestin Resort Property) 

 3-11 PM: Meet & Greet/Beach Volleyball & Other activities/Swimming/Dancing/Bonfire Devotional overlooking the beach. (Most of the organized events will be after 7 pm)

SATURDAY MORNING

Location: Sandestin LDS Church (newly expanded) • 99 N. Geronimo, Miramar Beach, FL

8-8:45 AM: Registration Begins on deck between pool and beach

9 - 12:05 PM :  Keynote/Classes

12:15-1:15 PM: Lunch

1:15 - 7:30 PM: Freetime Activities (More detail on more organized events TBA--Beach, Pool, possibly boats/waverunners, parasailing, etc.)

SATURDAY EVENING

7:30 PM: Dinner/Dance (NOTE: This is a catered. In order to guarantee your seat at this you must register before March 21st.) 

SUNDAY MORNING

Location: Sandestin LDS Church (newly expanded) • 99 N. Geronimo, Miramar Beach, FL

8-9:30 AM: Sacrament/Testimony Mtg.

9:45 AM:  Sack Lunches to go

Free Time Activities

DOLPHIN CRUISE: Southern Star Dolphin Cruise.  The cruise is 2 hours long and leaves at 2:30.  $25 for adult $24 senior rate.  The location is at the Harbor Walk near the Emerald Grand. Sign up above but bring money with you.

PARASAILING: Hang 'em High Parasailing 314 Harbor Blvd. More info on price and times soon.
 
GOLF: There are three courses in Baytown;  The Links course for $59, Baytown $72, and The Raven $105.  Available T-times are 12:50 on.  This includes 18 holes, practice green, and golf cart. Free shuttle is available to these courses.

BEACH/POOL: Free

KAYAKS: Free at Sandestin Marina for overnight guests. (First come first serve)

OTHER AREA ACTIVITIES:

• Shopping at Destin Commons/Outlet Stores/Baytowne Wharf(on Sandestin Property free shuttle)/ etc.
  
• Movies at Destin Commons.

Housing

• This is a beachside hotel and Destin is a resort town so hotel costs are higher than other areas. 
• In an attempt to make things more affordable and give you an opportunity to meet new people we are selling each available bed in the hotel room which will be shared with 5 people total (Hotel style rooms: 2 double beds, bunk bed and sleeper sofa, 1 bathroom and 2 sink areas) You can pay for these rooms above via your credit card and paypal or sign up and send a check by mail. 
• HOUSING IS DUE BY MARCH 21 (housing does go up $15 in March so register early)
• Those who came in 2009 may remember an option to share beds and therefore hotel costs. This is not an option at this hotel. Only 5 adults per room and we are selling all 5 slots above.
• In 2009 most stayed at the hotel. Some people chose to find other accommodations and were a little disappointed to find out what they were missing by not staying at the resort hotel. You are very welcome to stay anywhere you would like though just trying to avoid any concerns ahead of time. 
• We cannot provide 1-night housing. All prices above are the total for two nights.
